Please note: We will be meeting at the Commissioner's Administration Building on the first floor, 100 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD at 7pm.
2. Reading and approval of March 11, 2024, meeting minutes.
3. Old Business:
-Update on approval of the recommended 7th Committee Member
-Update on the Responsibilities entailed in completing President Barrs outreach initiatives. [Volunteer to head a subcommittee; selection of one other, if needed, to assist in following up and through on updated PR materials. Creation of the website.]
-Engage in community and other local organizations. -Updating the website and marketing materials. -PR to receive a copy of brochures for review and updates.
-Reinstating Listening Tours--Smithsburg!
3. New Business
-Member Engagement with other organizations.
-- 5 -10-minute floor given to guests.
