Reading and approval of the minutes of last meeting in September.
Old business
1. The VAC on the County Commissioners’ agenda to highlight the working of
the VAC. This item is still open.
2. Discussion ensued about using the Washco Public Information Office (PIO)
to contact the VAC secretary about a press release. This item was not
addressed at the last meeting. This item is still open.
3. Krista Hart provided information about using GoogleDoc. The problem with
this approach is it is tied to individuals in the VAC and not a county wide
folder that would be easier to manage as the VAC changes personnel. Still
open.
4. Discuss whether to permit remote attendance of VAC members to meetings.
5. Brochure discussion. Still open.
6. Stephanie reported the discount for the transit buses was not on the website.
Bill agreed to contact Mr. Cerrone about it. Update: Mr. Cerrone reported
that he didn’t know what happened. He promised to fix this. Resolved?
7. Dan reported that he couldn’t find the VAC by-laws on the county’s website.
Bill agreed to contact the county clerk about it. Krista Hart informed. Action
taken?
