Opening - Welcome • Susan called the meeting to order at 8:33 p.m. She welcomed everyone. II. Approval of Minutes • A motion was made by Lee Downey; seconded by Jadah Swartz to approve December 10, 2020 minutes as written: motion approved III. Citizen Participation • No citizens participating on call. IV. Receipt of Communications • No new communications received. V. Report of Chairperson • Susan informed — she sent an email to all applicants to report on any special COVID19 funding they received. She shared that information in an email sent to committee members. VI. Old Business • None VII. New Business • Review of the Committee Scoring Results — Susan reviewed the score sheets that were provided in each packet. Each organization request was ranked based on the average application score within the respective service priority areas with the highest-ranking request being considered first, then descending. Discovering an error Susan corrected the score sheet and emailed each committee member. • Fiscal Year 2022, Committee Recommendations - Susan reminded — the scoring process would be the same as previous year. She would keep track of the allocations for each category, Stephanie read each summary. She reminded the committee that they can move up to 20% from other categories if needed. Susan shared, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) reviewed and decided under this funding, Capital Expense would not be eligible. Recused from allocation discussion: Alan Mullendore — Fort Ritchie Community Center Boys & Girls Club of Washington County Brenna Ranieli - Brook Lane Health Services, Inc. Alan Mullendore motioned; seconded by Lee Downey to submit FY2022 allocation recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for approval: motion approved VIII. Committee Member Comments • Members thanked staff and expressed it was a good team effort and good experience. IX.
