Meeting Minutes
June 10, 2019
Opening
The regular meeting of the Washington County Diversity and Inclusion Committee was called to order on
time on June 10, 2019 in 100 West Washington Street by Committee Chairperson Mr. Arthur Hicks.
Present
Arthur Hicks, Zsun-nee Matema-Miller, Carlos Reyes, Maria Wentzel, and Melissa Williams.
New Business:
Continued discussion on developing assignments for SWOT Analysis and reception. The reception is to
bring together leaders in the community to share with them the charge of the Committee and to recruit
subcommittee members.
Discussion about budget expenditure
Member Committee Reports/Roundtable
(No sub committees have been formed at this point).
Public Comment:
No public comment.
The meeting was adjourned by Chairperson Arthur Hicks at approximately 6:30 pm. The next general
meeting will tentatively occur on July 9th—at 5:30.
