MEETING MINUTES April 13, 2021
CALL TO ORDER Robert Kochera called the regular monthly meeting of the Washington County Electrical Board to order at 7:30 a.m. on March 09, 2021 located at Hagerstown Light Department. Members present were Charlie Shindle, Danny Sterling, and Terry Molnar. Chrysta Hays and Brittany Young, from the Division of Plan Review and Permitting. Merle Vaughn was present as a guest. MINUTES – CORRECTIONS/APPROVAL
The minutes for the March 9, 2021 Electrical Board meeting were accepted as written. Danny Sterling
made the motion to approve, Terry Molnar seconded the motion.

• Appointment letters sent.
• Robert Kochera 4th term, expires 09/30/2022
• Charlie Shindle 13th term, expires 06/30/2022
• Steve Ryan 5th term, expires 06/30/2022
• Terry Molnar 4th term, expires 01/31/2023
Robert Kochera sworn in and submitted receipt to Chrysta Hays. Chrysta Hays advised receipts are to be submitted to her. 2. EXAM APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
• Merle Vaughn – Robert Kochera motioned to review application and discuss at next board meeting, Terry Molnar seconded motion. NEW BUSINESS

• Chrysta Hays advised the permitting office has remained busy.
