4 PM - Call to order and Minutes approved
COMISSIONER – it was great to welcome Randy – he continues to work hard for the course and our county.
FINANCE – complete year end financials available soon
GOLF OPS – Welcome to the next Crabtree golfer as Ryan was off doing daddy duty! Tourney season going great.
COURSE UPDATE – George reports a very busy and challenging season with super wet conditions followed by super dry and hot conditions – future plans and sand bunkers again received a
lengthy discussion – thanks to our grounds crews for all their efforts and success. 13 and 14 greens are reopened after much extra and expert care.
54 HOLE FUNDRAISER – lengthy discussion and planning as we all are working toward a financially successful event – the brainchild of Steve M – thanks. The board agreed unanimously to
– move funds from last year’s auction to our new Community Foundation account – establish various levels of giving and the amount ranges for each – and approve going forward with the
brochure and poster presentations of our project.
ADJOURNED to closed personnel session – then REOPENED meeting to unanimously support Ryan’s efforts to get his PGA card.
