Call to order and minutes approved
COUNTY COMISSONER – no report this month
FINANCE – Good October numbers put us almost ahead of last year.
GOLF OPS – now entering ‘non golf’ weather – working to book tourneys for Spring 26 and on – still recruiting SIM golf league participants – Pro Shop ready for Christmas shopping after
Thanksgiving
COURSE UPDATE – Tree project making great progress with clean and efficient crew work – trap crew working on open traps before the new ones that are planned – fairways and greens have
been rolled – possible changes to holes 1 and 9 discussed for consideration after traps completed
OLD BUSINESS – Excellent brochures for the training facility are ready for release – signage planned and site plans and building permit are next goals for a planned start of construction
this winter.
A lengthy discussion on rates for next year was held prior to a unanimous vote on tourney rates – and a vote of approval on all rates for 2026 with one member opposed
NEW BUSINESS – approval to move funds to interest bearing account in the community foundation –
Steve M presented a proposal for revamping the Michelob Ultra and BR championship for future consideration –
