B. Committee Membership & Recruitment
Discussion of ideas proposed by Zunny and Heather to recruit new members; strategies to
improve attendance and participation; outreach methods and timeline.
5. John Frye Preservation Awards
A. Preservation Award
Confirmation of Hoffman Farm selection; alternate: Cliff Springs / Middlekauff House (if needed).
B. Adaptive Reuse Award
Summit Avenue Post Office (Alpine Bar); update on write-up and event logistics.
C. Individual Preservation Award
Ralph Young nomination status.
D. Event Planning
Budget update; venue capacity confirmation with Alpine Bar; event format and timeline.
