Meeting Agenda
January 12, 2026
Happy New Year to all! The committee will be meeting at Noon on Monday, January 12th at
the Western Sizzlin Steakhouse at 17567 York Road, Hagerstown, Maryland. I have reserved the meeting room for 11:30am so that we can order our food prior to the meeting. Please plan on ordering something from their menu since we are using their facility for our meetings. Please let me know that you plan on attending at ralphanddotty@gmail.com or 301-331-1777.
As you may know, Zunny has moved to Virginia Beach and resigned her position as Chair so we
need to discuss her replacement at our meeting.

-Reichard/Neal Farm relocation project -Update for Western Maryland Steam Engine 202 - Update on Boyer House in Sharpsburg -2026 Preservation Awards- Nominations and planning
2. New Business
-Committee member comments
-County Commissioner comments
-Planning for future meeting locations and times.
-Next meeting will be February 9, 2026. Location TBD Reminder: Please print off a copy of the agenda to have for the monthly meeting. We
will make a few copies for those who are not on the internet. Thanks!
