4 PM - Call to order and Minutes approved
COMISSIONER – Randy reports all is well.
FINANCE – results similar to last year – 100K from operations moved to capital line for much anticipated bunker repair – sand will be ordered - 2 tourneys in Sept will be added to income
GOLF OPS – Ryan thanks all staff for excellent help during his new daddy leave – 54 hole fundraiser HUGE success thanks to Steve M and all involved – gallery at event was well behaved
– Congrats to new MAPGA Pro Ryan who will begin offering lessons soon (individual and group options)
COURSE UPDATE – in great shape with greens being rolled for more level surface
OLD BUSINESS – 54 Hole raised 13,445 so far!!!!
NEW BUSINESS – Naming rights for training center approved by commissioners -Advisory board will review donations – Ball machine and washer plans led to a discussion of ball management
– naming donations deadline Jan 2026 –
New golf rates proposal presented by Ryan and will be finalized at Nov meeting-
As well as a plan for tourney scheduling in the future
Rental property discussion about future plans following recent fire – Fire Marshall finding forthcoming
