Home My WebLink About970310 March 10, 1997 Hagerstown, Maryland JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - REZONING AMENDMENTS RZ-97-001,RZ-97-002 & RZ-97-003 A Joint Public Hearing of the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County and the Washington County Planning Commission was convened in Court Room No. l at 7:00 p.m. to hear testimony regarding rezoning cases RZ-97-001, RZ-97-002, and RZ-97-003. Presiding at the hearing were County Commissioners President Gregory I. Snook and Planning Commission Chairman Bertrand Iseminger. Also present at the hearing were County Commissioners John S. Shank, R. Lee Downey, and James R. Wade, along with Planning Commission members Bernard Moser, Donald Ardinger, Benjamin Clopper and Paula Lampton. (Commissioner Ronald Bowers arrived at 7:55 p.m. and did not hear rezoning case RZ-97-001.) Robert Arch, Planning Director; Stephen Goodrich, Senior Planner; Lisa Kelly Pietro, and Timothy Lung, Associate Planners, were also present. After presentations and testimony for each case was heard, it was announced that the record will remain open for ten (l0) days to allow additional testimony to be submitted in writing. The hearing was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
