Snook, with the following members present: Vice President John S. Shank, and Commissioners Ronald L. Bowers, R. Lee Downey, and James R. CUSSION OF SANITARY DISTRICT CONSOLIDATION y Rohrer,- Chief, Division of Public Works, and Alan Davis, Director of sonnel, met with the Commissioners to review possible scenarios to consolidate Sanitary District into a County government agency, if legislation is approved abolish the District and establish it as the Water/Sewer Administration. Rohrer presented a current organizational chart for the Sanitary District and icated that -its employees are divided into six sections: Executive Director, inistrative Resources-, Operations, Facilities, Engineering, and Comptroller, gave the number of employees in each section. Mr. Rohrer recommended that the rations Section remain as it is now. He indicated that the Commissioners must- ermine usterminewhetherornottheywantthenewWater/Sewer Administration to do struction projects or just maintenance work and minor extension projects, ore they decide to maintain or reduce the size of the Facilities Section.
