Opening -Welcome • Kelcee Mace called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m. She welcomed everyone. II. Approval of Minutes -February 12, 2024 • A motion was made by Lee Downey; seconded by David Yohman to approve the February 12, 2024, minutes as written: motion approved, Ill. Citizen Participation • None scheduled. IV. Receipt of Communications • None received. V. Report of Chairperson • Kelcee announced, Rachel Souders and Nicole Phillips have resigned from the county to pursue other opportunities. Kelcee shared; the new Director of Grant Management is Maria Kramer (currently CEO of the YMCA) she will be joining the county in December. • Each commissioner's email packet included the FY2026 application, budget narrative and guidelines for review. VI. Unfinished Business • None VII. The Vice-Chairperson would conduct the meeting in their absence. o Conduct election -Lee Downey nominated David Yoh man for a second term; seconded by Jeannett Dan. David accepted the nomination. With no other nominees David Yohman was unanimously elected COF Vice- Chairperson. Daivd Yohman abstained from voting. • Review of 1-108 List additions -reviewed new additions to the list included in each member's packet. o Community Foundation of Washington County o HMP Training, Inc. o The Elder Group, LLC These organizations are now eligible to apply for COF funding. • Review the BCC's Service Priority Areas and funding parameters for FY 2026 Kelcee shared, capital and operating expenses continue to be eligible for funding. The BCC has made $1,200,000 available for allocations. She reviewed the service priority areas and their funding amounts. The COF FY26 application is scheduled to be released on the county website on November 1, 2024. To be considered for allocations the organizations must have their application and all requirements in the OGM on December 4, 2024, by 3:00 p.m. • Confirm COF Committee important dates. o Friday, December 20, 2024 -Hard copies and binders available for pick-up. o Scoresheets due Friday, January 24, 2025, by 4:00p.m. o Workshop (in person)-February 2025 ,9 a.m. to 2.p.m. Date and Alternate Date TBD VIII.
