Please note: We will be meeting at the Western Sizzlin Steakhouse at 17567 York Road, Hagerstown, Md. at Noon. I have reserved the meeting room for 11:30am so that we can order our food prior to the meeting. Please plan on ordering something from their menu since we are
using their facility for our meetings. Please let me know that you plan on attending at
ralphanddotty@gmail.com or 301-223-8149. Note: We will be discussing the following at the meeting so please give the items some thought before the meeting. Funding sources for relocating the Reichard barn and house, list of
members who need to be sworn in (check your records), and additional folks/organizations to
added to the list of invitees for the Awards banquet. Thanks!
1. Reading and approval of February 12, 2024 meeting minutes.
2. Old Business:
-John Frye Preservation Awards/banquet
-Membership- List of members who need to be sworn in by County Clerk -Update on replacement of National Road mile marker
-Update on the Reichard Farm complex- List of possible funding sources for relocation.
-Fort Frederick 100th Anniversary Celebration, May 25-26, 2024

-Planning for future meeting locations and times.
