Ag eement w'th Lloyd P . Fine for 1,760 square feet fright-of-way and 7,600 feet
to be used for temporary t psoil storage or $1,300 for the Blair's Val ey Roa
project. Unanimously pproved.
Motion made by Commi sioner Snook, s conded by Irvin-Craig, to acce the
dedication of 160 quare feet of right-of-way in fee simp from Gregory and
Pamela Gatre l for n consideration for the Blair's Vally Road reconstruction
project. Unanimously approved.
Gary Rohrer, Ch 'ef, D'vision of Public Wo rks, and Terry McGe , County Engineer ,
recomm nded addition 1 reco nstruction of lair 's Valley Road which would inc ude
, 900 feet of roadw y nd r place the bridge for a total t imate cost of
$307,000. M . Rohrer stated that t he si· uation wou d be improv d by replacing
the bridge wi th th culvert-type hat is in pace now but thy lso rec mrnen
improving the ro dway as well. The Commi sioners agr ed to visit the site before
m king a final decision.
CHANGE ORDER -T-IIANGAR SITE
Motion made by Commissioner Snook, seconded by rvi n-Craig , to approve a h nge
Order in th amount of $1,269 .60 to have an 'nterceptor sw le constructed to
edirect water run-off at the park 'ng ot f the T-hangar site at the Regional
irport. Unanimously app~oved.
