Conduct FY 2020 COF Funding Recommendation Workshop
• COF has $1,700,000.00 available for FY 2020 funding. We received 43
applications from 37 agencies totaling $2,592,903.10, six of those agencies are
requesting two allocations.
• The COF Committee reviewed and discussed the 43 submitted applications for
COF funding. Each request was ranked based on the average application score
within the respective service priority area with the highest-ranking request being
considered first, then descending. As a result of those discussions the
Committee reached a consensus on funding recommendations for each request.
Committee’s Final Approval of COF FY 2020 Funding Recommendations
• Susan read aloud the COF Funding Recommendations for FY 2020. After reading
the recommendations aloud, Susan inquired if there were any additions or
corrections. With none being heard, a motion was made by Alan and seconded
by Mary Towe to approve the Fiscal Year 2020 COF Funding Recommendations
as read and decided. The motion was unanimously approved by the committee.
The recommendations will be submitted to the Board of County Commissioner’s
