When a permit or plan is submitted and no HDC review is required but the property
is included on the MIHP, we send a "no review-contact" letter to introduce the HDC and
the programs available, such as tax credits. Letters sent for review, especially demolition
now contain more information on suggested submittal of information prior to meetings.
