Minutes of Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Washington County Commission on Aging, Inc./Area Agency on Aging was held
on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 1:30 pm. This meeting was held via a Zoom Meeting at the Washington County
Commission on Aging, 535 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Md. Amy Olack, Chief Executive Officer
presented a brief introduction welcoming members of the Board of Directors, Advisory Council, staff members
and the general public.
"2020 Set a New Pace" by Amy Olack, Chief Executive Officer
Amy Olack presented a PowerPoint slideshow via A Zoom teleconference meeting to the Board of Directors,
Advisory Council, members of the Washington County Senior Activities Center and the general public titled
"2020 Set a New Pace" The presentation focused on the Commission on Aging's performance from January 1,
2020, to December 31, 2020, and the Area Plan for 2020 -2023. There were 49 in attendance which logged
onto the teleconference.
The teleconference ended at 1:53 pm
