Minutes of Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Washington County Commission on Aging, Inc./Area Agency on Aging was held
on Friday, July 17, 2020, at 1:30 pm. This meeting was held via a teleconference at the Washington County
Commission on Aging, 535 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Md. Board of Directors President, William Beard
presented a brief introduction of the Washington County Commission on Aging and Commission on Aging
Chief Executive Officer, Amy 0lack, began the presentation.
"Taking Flight" by Amy Olack, Chief Executive Officer
Amy Olack presented a PowerPoint slideshow via teleconference to the Board of Directors, Advisory Council,
members of the Washington County Senior Activities Center and the general public titled "Taking Flight" The
presentation focused on the Commission on Aging's performance from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019,
and the Area Plan for 2020 -2023. There were 58 in attendance which logged onto the teleconference.
