HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSIh
FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY
December 7, 2011
A. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
The regular monthly meeting of the Historic District Commission was called to order on Wednesday,
December 7, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1 of the Washington County Administrative Annex,
80 West Baltimore Street. Members present included: Robert Bowman, Gary Rohrer, Tom Clemens, and
George Anikis. Also present was Staff member Stephen Goodrich.
B. MINUTES
Mr. Anikis made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 5, 2011 meeting as presented. Second
by Mr. Clemens. Unanimously approved.
Mr. Anikis made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 2, 2011 meeting as presented.
Second by Mr. Rohrer. Unanimously approved.
C. COMMUNICATIONS AND BILLS
None
D. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
- Design Review Guidelines
Members present began their review of Sections 1 and 2 of the Draft Design Guidelines. All changes
discussed and agreed upon by consensus of the members present were recorded on a draft copy of the
document by Mr. Goodrich.

Mr. Rohrer made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 p.m. Second by Mr. Clemens. So ordered.
