Good Morning everyone,
It's time for me to prepare the agenda for a March meeting and once again I find no applications that require HDC
action. I am not scheduling a March meeting.
I will send in the mail 2 items. The 1st is the MAHDC newsletter. 2nd is a notice and opportunity to comment on
SHA's determination of eligibility for the National Register of the US522 bridge over the Tonoloway Creek in
Hancock. If HDC feels this is comment worthy, your comments can be formulated at the next meeting.
Finally, I've only heard from 3 members regarding your input on the rezoning application RZ-10-001 (Chris Horst).
I need to hear from the remaining 4, in order to include a consensus opinion in the staff report. I am forwarding
the previous a/mail and attachments (SEE BELOW) that I sent in late January that explains the application. A
quick recommendation of approval, or not, will do.
