Potomac Street Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 Re: Allocation Fees 14219 Maugansville Road SD15 - Maugansville/Orchard Hills Sewer Dear Mr. Cunningham: I am writing to confirm our meeting on June 3, 1993 to discuss the allocation fee for the referenced property and formerly known as 642 N. Main Street. The District agrees that the allocation fee ($1,920.00) does provide direct expenses to the District for lateral installation that will not be incurred since your lateral was previously installed during the original contract. Specifically, the District will not incur costs for the following: 1 - 8" X 6" Wye Branch 17' - 6" PVC pipe 3' - 6" clean-out/assembly 2 hrs. labor for installing the above The value of these items would not exceed $300.00 however, the District agrees to deduct $300.00 from the $1,920.00 leaving a balance of $1,620.00. f.5C)C).o6 _ Cko,� or y LO . -4� A motion was made (Winebrenner/Waggoner) to authorize Chairman Holsinger's signature to the Change Order. The motion was unanimously approved. SUBDISTRICT NO. 15 - MAUGANSVILLE/ORCHARD HILLS SEWER 1. Cunningham Connection - 3:00 P.M. - Executive Director Palmer presented to the Commission a letter received from Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Cunningham, Jr. who appeared before the Commission requesting that their property located at 14219 Maugansville Road be exempt from the District's policy for payment of the entire allocation/connection fee because the lateral pipe and clean out has already been constructed to the property line. After discussion, a motion was made (Fahrney/Ryan) to proceed with the District's written policy and not permit changes to the written agreement between the District and the original property owner. The motion was unanimously approved. SUBDISTRICT NO. 16 - ST. JAMES SEWER 1. Continental Development - 2:00 P.M. - Chairman Holsinger introduced to the Commission Mr. Adrian Carpenter who appeared before the Commission to request that the signatures of the Wolfe Brothers and trust holders be allowed to be omitted from the trust notes as amended in the Agreement between the District and Continental Investment Corporation. After discussion, a motion was made (Fahrney/Ryan) to allow the signatures of the Wolfe Brothers and trust holders to be omitted from the trust notes as amended in writing to the Agreement. The motion was unanimously approved. SUBDISTRICT NO. 18-1 - CONOCOCHEAGUE WATER 1. Up -Date -Cedar Lawn, Kemps Mill, Green Lawn & Leonard Avenue - Supervisor of Administrative Resources Malott informed the Commission that the CDBG Funding Application requires that a public hearing be held in conjunction with the Washington County Housing Department for this years available funds.
