The County purchased this property for the Longmeadow Road/Marsh Pike intersection improvements_ The current house will be demolished for the project and there is a strong possibility that the bank or a neighbor may buy the remainder of the property and no other structure will be built on the property, but we cannot say that definitely at this time. We would appreciate having this sewer allocation fee waived, including this invoice, until the property is transferred to another owner and it is determined whether another structure will be built on the property.
