Just wanted to let you know this is a corner lot that was permitted last year. Water and sewer were paid when it was permitted
last year, but the address was Paradise Manor Drive for water and corner of Paradise Manor & Kialani for sewer. The new permit
number is 2007-01199 and the address will be on Kialani Drive.
My receipt from the permit office says 19251 Paradise Manor Drive, but Kim Faith has a note in the system stating that the
address will change.
Hope everyone is not confused. Let me know if there is a problem.
