Please note: We are meeting again in person this month. We will be meeting at the Western Sizzlin Steakhouse at 17567 York Road, Hagerstown, Md. at Noon. I have reserved the meeting room for 11:30am so that we can order our food prior to the meeting. Please plan on ordering
something from their menu since we are using their facility to meet. We will be finalizing the
nominations for the Preservation Awards so I have attached a nomination form to this email. Please let Ralph know that you plan on attending at ralphanddotty@gmail.com or 301-223-8149.
1. Reading and approval of November 13, 2023 meeting minutes.
2. Old Business: -John Frye Preservation Awards- Nominations, banquet location -Update on replacement of National Road mile marker -Membership 3. New Business
-Reichard Farm Complex- Greencastle Pike
-Fort Frederick 100th Anniversary Celebration, May 25-26, 2024
