CALL TO ORDER:
Lisa Reigh opened the meeting.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
This is an informal meeting as we do not have a quorum. Therefore, since we have no quorum,
there was no approval of the agenda.

CHAIR REPORT:
Welcome Merle Holsinger – new member – group introduced to Merle.
NEW BUSINESS:
Dan commented on the purpose of the meeting.
Otis Winfield introduced Vinnie Bevinino with Bioenergy DevCo in reference to presenting
Anaerobic Digestion Technologies. (PowerPoint on Google Drive).
Lee Abernathy w/Allirun Energy Group, LLC will send presentation and report for group on
gasification.

COMMITTEE COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
There was some general discussion on technologies.
