MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER:
Lisa Reigh opened the meeting at 1705 hours.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
This is an informal meeting as we do not have a quorum. Therefore, since we have no quorum,
there was no approval of the agenda.

CHAIR REPORT:
Nothing at this time.

Advertised in Herald Mail Newspaper as well as on the Washington County Website.
COMMITTEE COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:
Lisa H. asked if we could perhaps have each department presented as what we do verses what
other areas/agencies do and why / why we do not do it that way. The idea of touring other
jurisdictions was also brought up.
Brock moved to request 3 members not showing up be dropped and the Commissioners appoint
3 more. Lisa H. seconded the motion.
*Note: it is actually only 2 members that have not been showing up – not 3 – so that is what was
requested to the Commissioners.
ADJOURN:
Lisa H. made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Brock seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 1822 hours.
The next meeting will be held February 27, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The location of this meeting
will be at Washington County Division of Environmental Management (DEM), Public
Meeting Room. The address of DEM is 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, MD 21795.
