ADVISORY COMMITTEE
MINUTES
DATE: 11/28/2018
ATTENDING:

CALL TO ORDER:
Dan DiVito opened the meeting at 1705 hours. It was later officially called to order by Lisa
Reigh at 1803 hours.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Lisa moved to approve the minutes. Motion seconded by Brock.
GENERAL DISCUSSION:
We’ll get a copy of the steps to a meeting for the Chair and email to her.
NEW BUSINESS:
Spirit Services:
Dan provided an update to the question that was posed in the previous meeting. Lisa Reigh asked
if Spirit had any plan to take grease now or in the future. Dan advised at this
time, they do not.
Civility Training:
Each attending member completed Civility Training DVD and signed a form stating they’ve
taken the training.
OLD BUSINESS:
Before the meeting started - Lacey collected oath issued by the Circuit Court Clerk from
members that hadn’t previously turned their oaths in.
ADJOURN:
Rebecca made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Brock seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 1806 hours.
The next meeting will be held December 19, 2018 at 5:00 pm. The location of this meeting
will be at Washington County Division of Environmental Management (DEM), Public
Meeting Room. The address of DEM is 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, MD 21795.
