JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - REZONING CASES RZ-94-01, RZ-94-02, RZ-94-03, AND FOREST
CONSERVATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FC-94-01
A Joint Public Hearing of the Board of County Commissioners of Washington
County and the Washington County Planning Commission was convened in Court Room
No. l at 7:00 p.m. to hear testimony regarding Rezoning Cases RZ-94-01, RZ-94-
02, RZ-94-03, and FC-94-01. Presiding at the hearing were County
Commissioners' President Richard E. Roulette and Planning Commission Chairman,
Bertrand Iseminger. Also present at the hearing were County Commissioners
Linda C. Irvin-Craig, John S. Shank and Gregory I. Snook, along with Planning
Commission members Robert Ernst, Carol Johnson, Bernard Moser, Donald Spickler,
and Andrew Bowen. Staff Reports were presented by Lisa Pietro, Associate
Planner, and Stephen Goodrich, Senior Planner, and after all presentations and
testimony for the cases were heard, it was announced that the record will
remain open for ten (l0) days to allow additional testimony to be submitted in
writing. The hearing was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
